Rosa Living New Zealand Nationwide Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders $100 and over, or a flat rate of only $5.00 for all other orders no matter the size of your basket or where it is going. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we’ll make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website before 12pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) you can expect your order to be dispatched the same day.
Your order will be delivered in 1-3 business days in the North Island and major city centres and 2 to 4 business days to the South Island. NZ Rural Delivery Post will take a bit longer – so allow another 2 days for Rural delivery.

For deliveries in Australia please use our Rosa Living Australian store.
Rosa Living International Delivery
Deliveries outside Australia and New Zealand are currently not available.
(These timeframes are, of course, subject to product availability. Furthermore, from time to time, issues might arise which mean we can’t meet these timeframes but, if that’s the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.)

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us notifying you that it is on its way.
We take every precaution necessary to ensure all your details are as safe as can be. We firmly believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. Information entered on the site, whether it's for an order or for the mailing list, is not sold, rented or distributed to anyone, in compliance with the New Zealand Privacy Act. All credit card information is exchanged using SSL, which protects against any access by third parties.
Your credit card details are guarded by best practice technology provided by our provider https://www.paymentexpress.com so you can order with confidence. All transactions are completed with the security provided at the highest level encryption servers available.
We will report credit card fraud to the relevant authorities of any attempted fraudulent order.
Most of our products are handmade in India, using traditional handicraft and dyeing techniques. Variations in colour, style and quality will therefore naturally occur in many of our products and this adds to their unique nature.
Rosa Living is happy to exchange or refund products purchased online within 7 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.
Even though at Rosa Living, we take pride in the care we take with packing our customer orders, sometimes mistakes happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing items must be received by our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
Please complete the Rosa Living Product Returns form and we will contact you with instructions on how to return your products for replacement or refund. All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card within 7 days.
Products are returned to Rosa Living at your own expense unless the item is faulty. Please note that Rosa Living is not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of care or washing instructions.
We do not accept return requests for sale items.
